We cordially invite you to the next screening of our Ukrainian Cinema Club Berlin. The film screening „Homeward“ (Crimean Tatar: Evge, Ukrainian: Додому, Dodomu) (2019) by Nariman Aliev takes place in memory of the deportation of Crimean Tatars.
After the film screening, there will be a discussion of the film followed by a regulars‘ table.

About the film:
After Mustafa loses his eldest son in the war between Russia and Ukraine, he decides to bring the boy’s body back to Crimea, where he was born. Together, he and his younger son embark on a journey that will profoundly shape their relationship.
