Dear friends of CineMova,
we cordially invite you to the next screening of our Ukrainian Cinema Club Berlin. The screening of the film commemorates the resistance of the people of Ukraine during the russian aggression against Ukraine. Already in February 2014, the russian aggression against Ukraine has started, followed by a full-scaled russian war of aggression against Ukraine in February 2022. On this occasion, CineMova will be screening the documentary “One Day in Ukraine” (2022) von Volodymyr Tykhyy. After the screening there will be a discussion of the film with a networking evening.
When and where: 11.02.2023, 18:00, Brotfabrik (Caligariplatz 1, 13086 Berlin).
Admission price: 8 € normal, 6 € reduced.
About the film:
People spend nights in subway stations, volunteers provide all needed to the members of the civil defense units who have enlisted to protect their hometowns. A looter is hunted… “One Day in Ukraine” is a war diary, a collection of testimonies and one of the first artistic approaches to the reality of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine.
